“Wonderful, incredibly informative; awesome, absolutely invaluable, well planned and executed” are just a few comments from attending students attending the NKBA Student Career Day on October 16, 2010. Students got a lot of good information and ideas on how to get started in their career path. They loved the personal one-on-one interaction with top-notch designers in different fields of interior design.
The certification discussion presented by Executive Director Doug Stead, CID, at lunch was invaluable. The tour of the Lutron house was a highlight.
Would the attending students recommend this event to their fellow students? You bet they would. It was a day well spent. Watch this page for the future announcement of the 2012 NKBA Student Career Day.
