Position Title: Kitchen and Bath Designers
We have more leads than our 22 Designers can handle!
We must add several Kitchen & Bath Designers to
our staff immediately. The ideal candidate will have
a minimum of 3 years kitchen and bath design experience
along with design software knowledge. CKD and CBD certification
will get you an immediate interview.
The Company: Reborn Cabinets is a 25 year old family
owned custom cabinet manufacturer, custom refacer and
full service remodeler with more than 20,000 satisfied
customers. We operate throughout Orange, LA and San
Bernardino counties from our 40,000 sq. ft. showroom
and manufacturing facility in Anaheim, CA. Many of our
designers have been with the company for 7-13 years.
Responsibilities: Contact and meet with company provided
leads to develop a design plan for customers remodeling
needs, wants and desires. Assist customers in designing
their kitchen and bath spaces while ensuring that their
overall budget is considered and met. Provide in-home
and in-showroom design assistance. Accurately draw,
dimension and specify cabinet details to be manufactured
or refaced. Research and communicate appliance specs
and other as-built dimensions to ensure a flawless on-site
installation. Know and understand important items in
the design, layout and space utilization to guide our
customers to the very best finished project. Work with
customers to finalize their design, material selection
and ancillary elements that will be used in their project.
Guide customers through the buying process, from visualization
through completion.
Qualifications: Prior Kitchen & Bath Design and
Sales experience, 5 yrs+ is ideal. Strong Design skills.
CKD and CBD desired. Strong sales skills. Ability to
understand customer needs, desires and budgetary limits
and introduce them to products that will best meet their
objectives.
Outstanding commission based compensation plan, including
bonuses and incentive programs - realistic $100k earnings
for qualified designers. Good benefits and 401K available
upon qualification.
